We are writing to inform you that the ICoME2020 – International Conference for Media in Education will shift to an Online Conference (synchronous) instead of an on-site conference in Kobe, Japan, this August.

Decision

The Japanese Government has been strengthening border measures related to novel coronavirus (COVID-19), including visa restrictions since the end of March, 2020. The Executive Committee members of ICoME2020 have discussed the issue of the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), and we have decided to shift to an online conference in order to maintain the health and safety of all participants.

It is of utmost importance that the ICoME community annually gather to discuss the latest research, practices, and innovations. Therefore, the Executive Committee members have been working diligently to prepare an online conference  offering the same degree of academic engagement and informative interactions.

We believe that we will be able to overcome this challenge, and this will be a great opportunity for all participants to exchange views.

Alternations

Information regarding “Program”, “Presentation”, “Registration”, “Schedule & Deadline”, and “Submission & Downloads” will be presented soon on the website of ICoME2020.
